Get your hearts pumping and your body moving with Hip-Flow, a fun, upbeat, women-only workout class led by Monica Ruvalcaba (pictured). The first class, on Saturday, Aug. 19, is free.
Monica guides students through the fundamentals of hip-flow / pop-dance, teaching proper form and technique for hip and glute isolations with a mix of dance choreography. Through upbeat music and a supportive environment, Hip-Flow builds a community of confident women who can improve their fitness and have fun doing it.
Admission is free for the first class, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 5. Monica is also teaching a class on Saturday, Aug. 19 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Admission is $5.
