Make plans today to attend Dance Station’s Spring Showcase. The event on Sunday, April 25th from 3 to 5 pm will be held at the Dance Station and will feature students and teachers demonstrating all styles of dance.
You will enjoy freestyle events, where there are several couples on the floor demonstrating various proficiency levels in Ballroom, Latin, and Swing. There will also be solo events where there will be one couple on the floor demonstrating a choreographed peice.
JoAnna Senn of Tucson, Arizona, a former US American Smooth Finalist will be in Santa Fe to judge the showcase. She will provide a critique of the students dancing and will also be teaching a special workshop after the event. JoAnna will teach a Showcase Skills Workshop on Sunday evening at 7 pm. This workshop is a special treat, she will have just watched a number of students dance and will have the opportunity to address some of the showcase skills that she feels need to be addressed for the studio as a whole. This is a great opportunity for anyone who would like to improve their dancing. Register today, only $25 per person, any student on a showcase package pays half price.
